Adam Neumann

Managing Partner

The founder of New Talent firm, Adam began his career in recruitment in 2005. As a previous student of Wofford College and the University of South Carolina, he is passionate about the Palmetto State and is committed to investing in his community.

Adam is actively involved in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), volunteers on the executive committee for Man and Woman of the Year, and previously with Light The Night Lowcountry. His involvement stems from his Uncle’s and father’s diagnosis of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), which led Adam to create “Team Peepa,” his own charity through Light The Night Lowcountry.

Out of the office, you can find Adam active with his fitness endeavors, boating, fishing, traveling, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and pursuing his love and passion for food and cooking.

Kaitlyn Crawley

Marketing and Operations Manager

Originally from KY, Kait moved to Charleston, SC in 2021 and started working with New Talent soon after. Finding her way into the recruitment-marketing arena after her experience as a healthcare marketing administrator, Kait uses her skills in Social media marketing, content creation, and business to help grow the New Talent Brand.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Kait at the beach with her golden retriever, traveling the world (at least before the pandemic), and studying for her Sommelier license.
